Refund policy

We want you to love every Ketura product you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
